After receiving the complete translation from the translator, we have it examined by another proof-reader. The proof-reader is responsible for checking for spelling errors, examining grammar, stylistics, consistence and usage of terms as well as checking adherence to the existing terminology.
The cost of the proof-reading is automatically included in the rate per word for the translation. To be able to continuously increase the quality of our services, it is very important for us to get regular feedback on quality from our translators as well as customers.
Only after the translation is proof-read by another translator, the project manager starts reviewing it by means of CAT tools, translation memory and terminology database and clarify possible ambiguities with the translator.
